Jordan actually received this pair of Skecher’s Blue Z Strap when he was only 6 months old, so obviously I could not test them on him that time. Now finally, he can walk about and wear them at nearly 16 months old.
Apparently, Jordan is a shoe loving boy. I mentioned during the last shoe shopping trip at Skechers that he cried when we removed the shoes and tried to walk out the shop with the new pair of Skechers. Well, at home, whenever he wants to tell us he wants to go out, he will open up the shoe cabinet, take out everyone’s shoes and his own shoes and tried to put them own. I had forgotten all about the Blue Z Strap which I had not reviewed, until Jordan went and took out the box and the shoes and started trying them on. So, I decided to just put them on for him and he immediately modeled them for me. He had not walked in thick sole shoes before so it was a bit difficult for him to stand and walk naturally, instead he stomped around in them.
At Size 7 it is still a tiny bit bigger for a pre walking toddler, but I believe in less than a month of so he should be able to run in these. He does look really good wearing them.
The Blue Z Strap lights up when Jordan walks, so it just makes walking all the more fun, plus it’s really eye catching and head turning too. Well, he doesn’t talk back to me in a language I can understand now, but when he does, I’ll bet he’ll be telling he wants to wear his Skechers all day long.

It is often difficult to know when you need to replace your daughter’s shoes. You do not want to buy new shoes unnecessarily. At the same time when it comes to buying girls shoes for school you need to consider that they will be worn for around 8 hours a day and 5 days a week! It is therefore imperative that school shoes are fitted correctly to ensure your children’s feet stay healthy & happy with no long-term damage.
