From the first time I wore these at the shop, it was not immediately comfy as the edges on top bothered me a little. I am happy to report that after wearing them for nearly a month, the shoes became softer and somehow mold to me feet size so I no longer felt the discomfort. Note: I am wearing these daily from 8.30am – 5.30pm without any socks on.

Here’s a vid of my first look on the shoes when I just got them:

What I love:

The Shape-up livs is incredibly light. When I walk in them, I felt like I am bare-foot pretty much. The soles look thick, but I don’t feel it at all. The curved heel made me able to walk without dragging my feet (yes I can have a tendency to do that). Since I’m not dragging my feet, I’m probably using more energy and muscles to take a full stride, and that I think is why these shoes help Shape-up my legs, though I think I’ll have to walk A LOT in them for me to see any visible muscles appearing. Since I work in the office and is seated at most times, walking a lot doesn’t happen too much, though now that I’m wearing these shoes, I do feel like I want to walk more. So I purposely walk around a lot more often that before.

I also love the Mary Jane design with a sporty heel. It means I can wear them to work and also for sports. This is great when I need to go jogging right after work, I don’t need to bring another pair of shoes. They actually have an all black pair of this design but this was the mildest colour available when I got it at the shop. Due to the bright blue colours, I can’t really mask it as a working shoe, but we are not that particular in my the place that I work.

Overall, I’m loving these shoes right now and I should be wearing it for a long time to come.

Disclaimer: I was not paid for this review. However, I did receive the product for free to assist in my reviews. The opinions in this blog post are 100% mine.
