So that night when we reached Penang, our mission is to look for some good food. Both of us have no idea where is good to eat, so we just drove around town and see which kopi tiam look appetizing. Food up North! Part 1 – Kampar
Last weekend, we made a trip up north to Penang and stopped by Kampar, Perak, then to Penang, and then on the way back to Ipoh. Whatâs most famous in these places??? FOOD What else! This is found in Kampar, Pakis with Sotong. I love this as the Pakis really reminded me of Midin back in Sarawak, my favourite kind of vege. Old Penang Guesthouse Review
When looking for a hotel, we had to take a few things into consideration: location, price, availability of extra bed, usage of fridge, hot water and parking. Not to mention the safety of the house, because we were travelling with our children who were in their infancy. Hence, we were looking for guesthouses which specifically had Roof safety systems, which’d allow us easy access to outdoors in case of fire. Which led us to book OldPenang Guesthouse. Previously, I was trained to review customer service of various companies, due to that, I am highly critical of services that are not up to par. Naturally, I do like to complain about stuffs, but when it comes to customer service and people in this line, I am all for complaining.
