Day 3 :Fruits and vegetables – as much as you want. No bananas and no potatoes
I still have lots of fruits and vege from Day 1 and 2 so these goes into my diet today. I also bought those prepacked Salad from Aeon with dressing, so it’s easy. These came with cherry tomatoes in them. I did not skip the dressing though, that’s the cheat here. Still, the Japanese dressing is very little and the salad is quite bitter. These are really filling, I couldn’t finish them really. For breakfast, I also finished up one papaya and an apple. They are really quite filling.
During lunch, I head out with the husband just to watch him eat. It’s quite unbearable, so I ordered carrot juice with apple, without sugar or milk. I also ate some of the vege he had, but they are really oily.
For dinner, I stir fried a huge bowl of vege consisting of Broccoli, Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Peas. I shared with the family too as it was so much. I couldn’t take any Wonder Soup that night.
I forgot to do any weigh ins for the day.
