Day 2: 7 Day Diet

Day 2: Vegetables. Either stir-fry or salads. Start the day with one baked or boiled potato to make up for loss of energy from Day One. Upto one teaspoon of olive oil can be used as salad dressing today.


Today, I packed a lot to work even though I have half the day off. I baked Sweet Potato in the morning, which I think is better than White Potato. I brushed some olive oil butter on it and just baked it for 45 minutes. Then I cut out half a broccoli, one zucchini, peas, baby carrots, and I roast them for 30 min. Just added a little bit of olive oil and salt to taste. Surprisingly I am not hungry at all this morning. I struggled to even finish the whole potato. I felt too full for the Wonder soup and salad and my roast vegetables. I prepared all those thinking I would be starving like yesterday. I guess maybe the potato is way too filling.

Back for dinner, I ate the Wonder Soup. I must admit I was starting to get tired of the taste. I stepped on the scale and found I’d lost 2kg to date. I guess like they say it is all water that is lost.
