Earlier this month, we stopped for lunch at Brotzeit Sunway Pyramid after seeing the lunch promotion sets which looked really good.
I had the Bavarian Baked Fish Medley which was two types of fish, salmon and tilapia with a potato salad. It’s really good just very small in portion. This is good if you’re on a diet. I especially loved their presentation of the food which at a value of RM14.50 was really worth it.
John had the Peppercorn chicken which to me was a little dry and hard, but I loved the mashed potato which was too good, even Josiah loved it.
The meals also came with free iced lemon tea OR a tiny dessert.
The interiors are all dark brown and darkly lit, after all this is a German bar with live music at nights. The tables are not for private small dates, they are with long benches, great for groups.
This is the bar section where I imagined will be full at nights especially during EPL season. Note that footie is playing on tv at lunch hour too.
The glass walls had interesting cartoon animal deco. A good conversation starter for my kid.
Service is very detailed which is good. The waiters brought us kids’ plates for Josiah and Jordan, we returned Jordan’s of course, since he couldn’t eat yet at the time. He was only five months, but I guess the waiters wouldn’t know from his size. I love restaurants that pay attention to our kids, not like some they don’t even count our kids as a person when seating us.
By the way, they have KIDS EAT FREE on weekdays available with any adult meal ordered but not applicable with the lunch sets. They did not write this clearly on the promo flyer which I think they should.
