Dinner today started with Green Bean Sprouts, my mum used to cook this so I love it a lot.
I fried it with garlic, oyster sauce, and soya beancurd.

Added my own Shiitake mushrooms…
I usually microwave my meat dishes…less messy? I guess it’s faster..no choice for us living in the fast lane..had to cook that in 30 minutes.
