After having Jordan, I have a tendency of dropping my iPhone 4s, due to not enough hands to hold him and carry many other things. Especially in the nights when I am nursing him, when I am half asleep and drowsy and it’s so dark. I must have accidentally dropped my phone like 10 times during my confinement itself. This forced me to look for a tough case. After reading the Top 20 iPhone tough cases review, I decided to go for the Trident Cyclops 2. I got this on tridentcase.blogspot.com, a local dealer and as a LY forumer, I also got a discount. So we bought 2, one for me and one for John at RM140 each. I don’t see this case in Machines at all.
This is my red case, John got an army green one. Why I chose this case over others? Coz it covers all the ports basically. And it’s easy to open up the ports when needed, for charging or headphones.
My previous 3gs spoiled after falling in water, and having dust get into the ports. I spent hundreds repairing it. No more this time. What’s a hundred bucks for protecting a phone that cost RM2k plus right? The case has given extra bulk and weight to my phone, but after using it a few days, I find it ok. I can still use it using one hand operation. Plus I feel save using it, it’s so not fragile now. The case has 3 parts, the front part, back part and the black inner silicon part that is the one that protects the ports. The front cover has a built in screen protector, a back protector is also given. So it’s an all rounder protection! I can throw a dog with this phone.
