So I missed many days of Green Smoothie during the week long break that flew by just like that. During the hols, the bad thing is all my routine goes out the window. Now it’s back to work and routines once again.
1) Bunch of Green corals
2) 2 tiny bananas
3) 1 Chinese pear
4) 1 tomato
5) A tablespoon of citron honey.
Somehow today’s smoothie get oxidised really quickly and by the time I brought it to work, it turned from green to blackish colour.
must be due to those bananas. They turn black very quickly.
