Over the Friday holiday, we invited our baby sitter and another friend over for tea time.
Besides us adults having food and conversation, Josiah also had a little friend, Jaden to play with.
Anyways, that was the good part. And then that day, I began to get a sore throat, so I thought I was getting flu or something. But later by Monday, I found that I had blisters all over my hands and feet. And the sore throat wasn’t just on my throat but on my tongue, cheeks and everywhere. So I went to Klinik Reddy in Jalan Reko, a skin specialist. I was so afraid that it might be Dyshidrotic eczema, a condition similar to what I had, just that it should only affect the hands and feet. So, when the doc took one look at me and said, “Oh, you have Hand, Food and Mouth Disease, HFMD,” I was actually relieved! That’s another good part. At least I don’t have to suffer the non curable eczema.
The bad was of course, that I do have a contagious disease, so doc won’t allow me to go to work. He ordered me a 2 day MC. Hurray, I guess. There goes my clean sheet of 0 MC this year. Then I had to take antibiotics, paracetamol and put some cream on myself.
Then as I was driving back home from work, there was a huge spider on my window that shocked the life out of me.
Gave me the creeps! So I really dislike spiders. Regardless, I had to take some photos of it. Then as I got home, I was happy to find so many mail in the post box. But one didn’t look interesting.
I opened it up and gosh it was a summon from more than a year ago. Why do you think these people take a year to type and send a letter? So now I have to pay RM300 for this. The bad and ugly.
Then, I was going to go out and get my dinner, and I thought I took everything, walked out the door and closed it, and alas, I forgot my house keys. And my door is those kind that is locked from inside. So I was locked out! But that’s went things turned brighter, I found another set of my lost keys in my car. So it was great.
So it was a day of too many news for me, but it was well in the end.
