Recently there’s a new store that opened in Kajang town, pasar Kajang to be exact. At the market area, there are two rows of food stalls, mostly those very old kopi tiam kind. Well, this store called Kitchen Wonderland is pretty unique, interior design wise.

I like how they manage to liven up this very old part of town, and make it ‘young’ and ‘hip’ yet in a simplistic manner.

Their menu is good and easy too, from bee hoon to nasi lemak, to this tomato chicken rice.

I am told the nasi lemak sambal is extremely hot.

The chicken rice I ordered is pretty good. Then they also have desserts and kuih muih.

I love their mini cheese tarts, puddings, and red bean soup.

Pretty cool place to hang out for lunches on a hot day.
