It’s Christmas Eve Today! If you have no plans why not head to Lot 10 as there will be loads of fun activities and nice food to try at the concourse area all day today and tomorrow too. Why is it a musical Christmas? Coz there are some giant musical instruments installed that anyone can come and play with! Kids and adults alike would enjoy playing on the Giant scale Xylophone made from reclaimed wood, Aerophone created from polythyline pile and Metallophone made from using notes of tuned anodise aluminium tubes with steel cable suspension and stainless steel frame.

Do you fancy this super cool Squier Hello Kitty Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar in black from Swee Lee! It’s simple! Just record a video of yourself playing with the musical instruments at Lot 10 Concourse, then upload to Facebook and tag #Lot10xmas. Someone is going to bring this baby home for sure.

Spread The Joy and Love
In the true spirit of the season, Lot 10 supports the “Make A Child Smile This Christmas” campaign, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at raising funds and fulfilling underprivileged children’s wishes. Organised by Charwiki, a non-profit organisation based in Kuala Lumpur, their vision is to ensure that no child who grows up in Malaysia will be left out or disadvantaged.
Shoppers may participate in this charity programme by logging on to www.charwiki.com and buying gifts to fulfill the children’s Christmas wishes highlighted on the website. Wishes include stationaries, a new set of school uniform, or even a day out at the zoo and they are listed with the particulars of the children on the website. Ten shelter homes around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor will benefit from this programme namely Rainbow Home, Charis Hope Learning Centre, Yayasan Sunbeams Home, IQ70plus (Malaysian Association for the Guardians of the Intellectually Challenged), United Learning Centre, House of Joy, Hriphi Community School, Rumah Jaireh, Rumah Victory Children & Youth Home and Divine Mercy Boys Home. Charwiki will ensure every gift will be donated directly to the homes. The donors will be notified as soon the gifts have been received by the children.

Over the weekend on 3rd to 4th December 2016, YTL Foundation, in conjunction with 54C, The YTL Learning Space, organised a Christmas Hope Bazaar at the Concourse where unique items handmade by underprivileged children were on sale, alongside hand-crafted jewellery, mushroom growing kits, Christmas decorations and more. All proceeds from the purchases were channeled to the underprivileged children.

There will also be jolly Christmas caroling performances by the Christmas Carol choir at the Concourse on every weekend to usher in this festive season.

Young and old would love the 3D art gelato that Stick Arts is famous for. They are actually healthy alternative to ice cream as they are mostly made of yogurt base and low sugar as well as gluten and fat free! Now those are great reasons to indulge.

Besides usual shapes they come in really unique art work as well. The chefs must be artists!

Chef Kimora bakes the most amazing cakes, and they actually look beautiful too. She blends two layers uniquely, as you can see with the red velvet Christmas edition, it is actually red and green on the bottom. The cheesecake too tasted divine and looks pleasant to the eyes.

Stick Arts cafe offers this very special gelato flowers that can be given in a special bouquet in a box with dry ice. I heard it can last in the box without melting for a good whole day.

I also tried this unique hot chocolate on a stick, just stir it into a hot cup of milk and walla, hot chocolate! So nice to drink this while sitting under my Christmas tree reading my favourite book.
