    Google Personalise it!

    September 29, 2005 / 2 Comments

Google Personalised is cool. It’s actually a page where you can personalise by adding the available feeds such as the major news feeds like CNN, Reuters etc., read your Gmail from the page, add your own feeds etc etc. As you can see, I added feeds from PetalingStreet. What I love best is the ability to drag and drop the little feeds. It kind of feels like Mac OSX dashboard when dropping the widgets. I find this Google feature really useful, since my PC is ownly used by myself, I can keep my Gmail account signed in all the time. So everytime i go to Google, it will auto-redirect to…

    WPG2 Rawks!

    September 21, 2005 / 1 Comment

WPG2 which stands for WordPress Gallery 2 is the new way to go for avid photobloggers. I’ve just integrated Gallery2 into my WP blog, so now it’s easier to post pics and have a standard template at the same time. To allow my Gallery and Blog look similar, I had to change my theme. Previously I was using a theme called Mallow, now I’m using Gemini WPG2 Theme. I had customised it to look like my previous theme though. There’s only a few WPG2 automatic themes out there. You can get them from the WPG2 wiki site itself or other sites like this one. The integration is really cool. At…

Have you ever got that error when connecting your pc wirelessly? John just set up a new WinXP machine and wanted to connect it wirelessly to the net using a Linksys Wireless-G PCI Card to the WRT54GS – Wireless-G Broadband Router with SpeedBooster. I tried connecting several times but that message keep popping up. I searched the net and look at the router config to no avail. I even read this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;884787 but it didn’t help. A few people had this problem in some forums but there wasn’t a positive response. Without much luck, I proceeded to www.linksys.com to speak to their technical support. I spoke to two persons, and…
