Week 3 Recap: Resilience, Recovery, and the “Black Coffee” Revolution
We just wrapped up Week 3 of the Atomy Body Fit Challenge, and it was a week that tested my mental strength as much as my physical endurance. Between a health hurdle and a total shift in my daily habits, I’m learning that success is all about mindset.
The Numbers: Data Doesn’t Lie
I stepped on the scale on April 26th and was honestly blown away. Despite a nasty bout of food poisoning that forced me to miss two days of workouts, the downward trend continued.
| Metric | April 6 (Start) | April 18 (Week 2) | April 26 (Week 3) |
| Weight | 63.60 kg | 61.90 kg | 61.30 kg |
| Fat Mass | 21.60 kg | 20.40 kg | 20.00 kg |
| BMI | 25.16 | 24.48 | 24.25 |
In just 20 days, I have lost 2.3kg in total weight. Most importantly, 1.6kg of that is pure Fat Mass. Seeing that number hit exactly 20.00kg was a massive win! It proves that the combination of Atomy supplements and disciplined timing works, even when life throws a curveball.
Saving Calories (And Cash!)
One of the biggest shifts this week has been my relationship with coffee. I used to be someone who had to have two lattes a day. Now? I’ve totally embraced Black Coffee and Americanos.
To keep it feeling special, I’ve started using my nice cups at home. For my Iced Americanos, I use Atomy Arabica Black in my Atomy blender bottle—and honestly, it feels just like drinking expensive store-bought coffee.
The best part? I’m saving so much money. I used to feel the constant temptation to visit Zus, Kenangan, or Cotti Coffee once or twice a week. Now, that temptation is gone. I’m fueling my body better and my wallet is happier for it!
The Secret to My Energy: Vita Energy
People often ask how I stay focused without the sugary lattes. The secret is Atomy Vita Energy, which I take right after lunch.
While I love my coffee, the Taurine in Vita Energy actually keeps me more consistently energized throughout the day than caffeine alone. It’s that steady “boost” that helps me get through my administrative work and still have the power left for a game of badminton in the evening.
The Takeaway
Week 3 taught me that you don’t have to be perfect; you just have to be consistent. By swapping expensive lattes for high-quality Atomy Arabica and supporting my metabolism with Triple Up Protein, I’m hitting Week 4 leaner, stronger, and more focused than ever.
What’s one daily habit you’ve swapped to save money and calories?
