I had promised to write just about the food at El Sanctuary Alor Gajah because the food was so good, it deserves a special mention. Prior to this, I had never knew a place like this exist in Malacca. El Sanctuary, a small budget resort situated in Alor Gajah, like life away from the bustling city into the peace and quiet of a jungle setting. I love the place, as it kind of reminds me of the jungle resorts in my hometown. Having left Senawang, we made our way to A Famosa resort as it was too early to check in at ElSanctuary (check in time was 2pm). We stopped by A Famosa’s sporting area, took some photos with them horses. We looked at the oxorbitantly priced games, like archery, go karting, paintball etc, and had to walk off sadly. During the weekend Raya Holidays, my cell zone (Czone) leaders made a trip to Elsanctuary in Alor Gajah for a planning retreat. We left Kajang around 8.20am and reached Senawang town for breakfast at around 9.30am. As it was the 2nd day of Raya, most shops were still closed.
