Shabu-Shabu Kajang
According to Wikipedia, “Shabu-shabu (Japanese: しゃぶしゃぶ), also spelled syabu-syabu, is a Japanese variant of hot pot” or steam-boat as we call it here. In Kajang, there are lots of places for Steamboat, especially in Chinese restaurants. Usually, it is not very hygienic, as up to ten people share a table with one steaming pot, so in goes everyone’s chopsticks, spoons and all…. In Sg Chua Kajang, there’s a new Shabu-shabu restaurant, and what’s really neat is that every one has their personal pot. Last minute to Lion City
This is the first time I am going to travel outstation upon a last minute notice..2 days to be exact. Tonight I’m taking the night train, Ekspres Senandung Malam from Kajang to Singapore. Anyways, it’s going to be a ‘business trip’ not a leisure one, as I’m going with a bunch of my church people to attend this cell conference over in TCC. The schedules are rather packed, which I’m glad, so we won’t have time to stroll and spend money I don’t need to spend. Anyways, last 2 days was just spent packing and check listing everything that I need. I usually have to take a long time to…

POS stands for (Point of Sale), just in case you might wonder. I never knew that I would ever need to upgrade to a Premier account before yesterday. Both Personal and Premier accounts are free during sign up..there’s only a difference in fees when receiving funds. Personal accounts can receive funds from anyone provided they too are sending money to you using Paypal, and that is a free transaction. Personal Accounts can Accept the following funded payments for free:…

CNY is the only time I get to go back to Kuching, yet it kinda sucks because all the good shops are closed, I’m talking about the food here. The best of Kuching’s Kolo mee, Laksa etc are all closed for business a few days before CNY and goes on a few days more after. Obviously, being the best, they’ve already made enough money to survive not running the business for more than a week. So, on the day before I had to come back to Kajang, which was the 5th day of CNY, supposedly when most businesses are opened, we went hunting for Laksa. One shop to another, they…
