The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) continues to stretch its versatility when it celebrates the music of legendary Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng on Saturday, 15 April 2023 at 8.30 pm at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP). This concert is part of the MPO’s 25th anniversary celebration and a testimony of its diverse artistry in presenting concerts of different genres such as classical, pop, jazz, traditional and contemporary. This is the MPO’s ongoing initiatives to appease the varied music tastes for everyone. Themed Teresa Teng Tribute Concert 70th Anniversary, this concert will pay homage to the renowned singer through her classic hits. Teng has recorded 1,700 songs and sold over 48 million albums.…
