    I was really excited as this was the last day!! Hurray! Fruits, vegetables and juices. Consume an assortment of fruits, vegetables and vegetable juices. Half a cup of brown rice is optional – but not recommended. I missed my fruits so much after a day without it, that I woke up so early just to cut myself a breakfast pack filled to the brim with an assortment of fruits: prunes, apricots (dried), strawberries, bananas, apple and orange, and some papayas.     Day 6: Protein and vegetables. Same as Day Five except, add more vegetables either in salad or stir fry form This was not an easy day. It is the weekend and I have to go out with the kids, usually I felt like I had to eat what the kids eat. We were on our day out to get some wardrobe systems in Ikea.     Day 5: Protein and Tomatoes. You can have a piece of meat/fish either grilled or baked for lunch and dinner with tomatoes. Today is my favourite day, as I can eat fish. I love love love fish. Some other diets call for other types of meat, but fish it is for me. I did not cook any more Wonder soup for today, I figure I would just eat more fish.
