New Record for Most Participants Doing HIIT workout in 24 hours
Kuala Lumpur, 11 March 2015 – Herbalife joined with its members around the world to create a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® achievement for most participants in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout in 24-hours. I always loved watching the Masterchef series on Astro and I get super excited when Asians or even better Malaysians showcasing Malaysian food becomes one of the winners.
