Today’s green smoothie was made fresh and in a rush. I didn’t make 1 litre but only 500 ml today. Maybe I should make another one tonight for dinner. 1) Half a Romaine Lettuce 2) 5 mini honey tomatos 3) 1 Banana 4) Half cup of Milk Kefir 5) 1 Mini Mandarin Orang 6) 1 Daily Vitamin and 1 Iron Folic pill (Just putting this in so I don’t have to swallow it, tastes terrible) Today’s drink tastes nice and sweet but a bit thicker. More like a smoothie.

Well, yesterday was my first day of my Green Smoothie diet, well not exactly a diet coz I’m not dieting from other foods, just adding one additional raw drink. My friend Siew Ing encouraged me that it will make my pregnancy much healthier and more energetic. So I made this with this recipe. 1) 1 Cup Red Spinach (Bayam) 2) 1 Banana 3) Half an watermelon The drink was nice and sweet! Enjoyed my Day 1 smoothie.

Traveling with a toddler is never easy, but it does get easier with practice. Our last trip was to Malacca, the historical city, and it was short and fun. Josiah is crazy about water fountains, and Malacca has plenty of them. He now remembers every water fountain and where they are located. It was fun to bring Josiah shopping at the souvenir shops as he had much fun checking out the drums and other stuffs. The weather was of course crazy hot, so we had to use lots of sun block lotion and hats. Malacca is really beautiful with all the historical buildings and great landscaping, every corner is great…
