Take a Day Trip to Kuala Selangor
When you say Kuala Selangor, I immediately think of Fireflies. But guess what, that’s not all there is in Kuala Selangor. There’s much much more, so let’s find out. Last Labour Day, we took an unplanned day trip drive up to Kuala Selangor. According to Google Maps, it was gonna take us 1 hour 43 min driving along the highway. It was my first time there, but the heat didn’t make it too exciting. Thankfully, that day, the weather was beautiful, cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Kuching Kolomee hits Kajang again
A couple of years ago, I wrote about Kuching Kolomee in Kajang. Unfortunately, business was not awesome so the guy moved to Kuchai Lama in KL to continue his business. I’ve always loved this noodle wherever they do sell it, but the one in this shop is so different coz the soup isn’t just any salted vege soup with milk, but it’s really rich and live up to its claim that it has been boiled for over 7 hours. Check out the above write up, it is just too funny! The outlook of this shop looks just like…

The Miracle Seed
Some time ago, I came to know about the Chia Seed through a colleague who introduced me to it. I bought a bottle of it to try, but I was not really diligent in taking it. In fact, until half a year I have yet to finish half of the bottle I bought. However, today onwards I’m going to take it diligently due to its many benefits. It’s high in Omega 3, known to lower cholesterol, even as a cure for diabetes amongst its many many benefits. I started thinking of how important Chia Seed is today when I found out my dad’s kidney is starting to fail. The doctor…
