Green Smoothie Day 7

I’m so motivated to do green smoothie today since I received my spanking new Healthy Drink Mixer from Amway. This baby only cost RM19.90 with other Nutrilite purchase. (NP RM119.00). It’s made specially to make a healthy smoothie and the container for blending is the bottle that you can drink directly from.



After blending, tada.
1) 3 bunches of Siew Pak Choy
2) 1 Green Apple
3) 2 small bananas
4) 10 pcs of green seedless grapes
5) 1 scoop of Nutrilite Mixed Berry Protein Powder

Truth be told, the holiday mood today is making me lazy to make a smoothie, but I force myself to do it anyways!
1) 5 stock of Sage leaves
2) A green apple
3) A whole mango
4) 1 bunch of green corals
5) 2 scoops of Nutrilite Protein mix Berry flavour
6) Added in my multivit Daily and Iron Folic
7) a cup of water
Extra note.
Sage is a kind of herbs. Not all herbs can be taken raw! Make sure you only use these mild herbs that are ok taken raw and somethings add a nice flavour to your smoothie. Also too much herbs is not safe during pregnancy. That said, this is gonna be my last use of herbs coz I just read about it online. Check this chart to know what is safe and what to avoid.

Green Smoothie Day 4
Ok I didn’t quite fancy today’s smoothie, at the end of it, it just gave me a bit of nausea that I had to drink a glass of milo to calm the tummy.
1) Quarter of a water melon
2) 8 mini honey tomato
3) Basil Leaves
4) A cup of milk kefir
5) Half a Romaine Lettuce
Green Smoothie Day 3
I’ve now decided to drink 1 500 ml smoothie in the morning and 1 during dinner time. Today’s green smoothie recipe is awesome!
1) 1 Cucumber
2) 1 Kiwi
3) 1 Banana
4) handful of Basil leaves
5) half cup of milk kefir
6) half cup of soya milk
7) 1 Starfruit
It turned out nice and green and oh so sweet!
Green Smoothie Day 1
Well, yesterday was my first day of my Green Smoothie diet, well not exactly a diet coz I’m not dieting from other foods, just adding one additional raw drink. My friend Siew Ing encouraged me that it will make my pregnancy much healthier and more energetic.
So I made this with this recipe.
1) 1 Cup Red Spinach (Bayam)
2) 1 Banana
3) Half an watermelon
The drink was nice and sweet! Enjoyed my Day 1 smoothie.
