Go Green, Buy and Sell Secondhand Baby Toys
I’m a firm believer of learning through play. After 8 years and 2 boys, my house is proof of my belief, there are toys lying everywhere. I have a big storage of toys right inside my kitchen because the storeroom is full. My guest room had turned into a toy and junk storage too. Once I walked down the stairs to get some water but tripped over some marble run toys installed by my boys on the stairs itself. It drove me to think about how I can rid of these toys without having to throw them away since they are in good condition. I also want to make room…

Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra Family Fun Day with The Bear
I was so excited to date my youngest boy Jordan to watch this show, The Bear accompanied by The Malaysian Philharmoic Orchestra. The orchestra was conducted by Harish Shankar. I always love MPO’s Family Fun Day, not only because I can bring my boys to enjoy it but also the lighter format of how things are presented. Conductors are not only great in waving their wands, but they are actually really great presenters. Harish lifted the mood of the hall and captured the attention of all the young ones. Harish is the Winner of the 6th International Jorma Panula Conducting Competition, he has been featured in Classical Music Magazine, interviewed…

How To Apply A Business License and Signboard in Kajang with MPKJ
So you want to run a physical business with a shoplot. Recently, I went through the entire process of doing that with initial zero knowledge. However, instead of running to a runner (pun intended), I decided to do everything myself in order to learn how to do it and blog about it. It is simple and inconvenient process but totally doable. I also save a few k in the process, avoiding the business loans bad credit way. Let’s get into it because business people are busy people. Bear in mind that I registered my business in West Malaysia, in Kajang, so the process may differ in every local council and…
