New Record for Most Participants Doing HIIT workout in 24 hours

Participants exercising to Herbalife Fit Total Body workout video featuring Samantha Clayton

Kuala Lumpur, 11 March 2015 – Herbalife joined with its members around the world to create a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® achievement for most participants in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout in 24-hours. Visit the site to find some new daily workouts. Malaysia contributed to this achievement through the participation of 2,000 people from more than 15 cities. In Kuala Lumpur, enthusiastic participants of all ages gathered as early as 8 a.m. at Plaza See Hoy Chan for the record attempt. After the number of participants were counted, they started off the workout with a warm-up, following the exercise routine on Herbalife Fit Total Body workout video led by Samantha Clayton.

Have you tried HIIT exercises before? It is really high intensity in a short time, seems easy but really tough to do and burns more calories than doing something light in a longer time.
