For the past one week, all I cook for dinner is this vege soup, what I call, Slimming Soup. 😛 There’s absolutely no oil in it, and it’s full of the most healthy vege, some which I grew up hiding it from mum and throwing it away when she wasn’t looking.
So what do you need?
1) Cabbage or Chinese Cabbage
2) Celery
3) Tomato
4) Green Capsicum
5) Onion
6) Chicken Breast meat
7) Chicken stock cube
Cut all the vege and meat into very small sizes in proportion to how many people is eating this. I put everything into my magic pot to cook for just 10 min.
Then I leave the pot in its container. What my magic pot does is it continues to cook even when removed from the stove. So, usually I like my vege really really cooked, so I don’t have to taste the smelly celery. So about an hour later..the colour of the vege also changed.
Eat it as it is or mix with chili sauce. For me, I liked it with Kim Chi!
