Mindless, mindless surfing…I’m just genuinely bored.
Finally, the Christmas Drama recording was complete yesterday. My, it was quite an achievement, thanks to Kevin for being so effective and professional.
We manage to get all the scenes done last week and yesterday, but now much work has to be put in just for editing together the songs and timing. Really hope practices with the recorded tracks can be carried out as soon as possible. Everything’s getting so exciting! Personally I was really excited when I see the excitement in the actors, how they’ve improved tremendously, how they’re all really getting into it. I think none of us know the certain parts any better than the other, but I believe we’re all part of the God’s big plan, placed where we are for His divine purpose, being used even as we made ourselves available, and then on that day, we’d be able to see how it all falls into place. I believe no amount of practices and rehearsals will prepare us for the miracle that will happen on that day itself! Wowie! I think it’s gonna just take us by surprise and awe!
I think what’s most amazing about getting involved in this production besides being a service to God is that I’ve met so many new people through it. It would have been impossible during weekly service to get to know different new people each time, but it’s through this kind of working together in collaboration that relationships are formed. Although I must say this production has taken up a huge chunk of my time, yet, it is well worth it. I don’t know, am I becoming a workaholic? I hope not.
