    Don’t you just hate it?

    November 12, 2005 / 1 Comment

Let me just rave and rant for a while, something I think I rarely do here. Don’t you just hate last minute work? Especially if it’s somebody else’s inefficiency that causes the last minute thing to be neccessary? For me, punctuality is most important, and punctuality isn’t just about going to work on time, going to meetings on time. Punctuality even refers to doing one’s designated work within your given time, and considering other people’s time when doing so, especially if one’s work needs to be checked and rechecked, modified and so on. “The best-laid plans, the most important affairs, the fortunes of individuals, the wealth of nations, honor, life…

O Come O Ye Bored people

    November 9, 2005 / 2 Comments

I’ve got so many things on my mind lately, but most can’t even be put down in words. But I’ve got a job here, I have to fill up my blog pages. So I might as well do a community ad. I’ve actually been pretty busy especially on weekends, working on this christmas musical we’re having in my church. This would be the first time in many years that we’re bringing so many people together to create this fun drama + musical, with dance and song. So much planning have been done, and we’re actually in the final stages of the practices, with everything slowly coming together. I can’t help…

    October 31, 2005 / 2 Comments

I spent my weekend holidays in Bangkok, doing a bit of touring and shopping and eating. It was great fun, and just to get away from the busy life here. 😛 I did my bookings way before hand, thinking that much research would get me a nifty hostel to stay at. Upon much searching and surfing, most people rated Big John’s hostel being the best. It’s pretty cheap too at RM20+ per person per nite. (By the way, their website is pretty bad. ) So since it’s Aussie run, I went ahead and booked it, thinking I wouldn’t be facing any language barriers. Thailand being land of smiles, I was…
