The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) continues to nurture an appreciation towards classical music in an upcoming concert on Saturday, 8 February 2025 at 8.00 pm at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP), KLCC. This concert will present two compositions by Antonín Dvo?ák, both ranked among the most famous of their kind. They are Cello Concerto in B minor and Symphony No.9 in E minor (known as From The New World). Themed Dvo?ák Double, the MPO will be led by Junichi Hirokami in his first concert as the orchestra’s Music Director.
