Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Recently, I tried out this recipe that someone posted on Facebook. It turned out to be pretty good and really easy, but it’s not really a cookie or a biscuit. At least it is not crunchy like one. Nevertheless, it makes you feel like you’re eating one, so kudos to that and it can be pretty good to turn you away from eating a real sugar laden cookie. This healthy cookie is completely without flour, without sugar (save for the stuffs already in the choc). Here’s the super simple recipe. 1 Cup of Oats (Rolled or Instant is fine) 2-3 Ripe Bananas Optional Ingredients A Handful Dark Chocolate buttons/chips Cinnamon…

We might be eating a plain simple meal but watching other people creating lavish dishes kind of make our dishes taste amazing as well, seriously. Last night, we were watching Episode 36 titled Identical Twins. Now I’ve watched a lot of cook off shows but this one is just full of adrenaline rush…

How to Decrease Sugar Intake
The last few days, I keep hearing about people getting diabetes that lead to amputation and eventually death. Today, my sis also told me about a mother and son with this horrible disease and how the son did not heed advise to reduce his sugar intake and thus now mother and son are so sick they need a full time nurse to care for them. The bills all footed by a family member who is struggling to stay afloat. My dad has diabetes, so I am considered a high risk group. In comes Stevia, a natural sweetener. I had been using using Stevia for a while but from another brand…
