Day 2: 7 Day Diet
Day 2: Vegetables. Either stir-fry or salads. Start the day with one baked or boiled potato to make up for loss of energy from Day One. Upto one teaspoon of olive oil can be used as salad dressing today. Today, I packed a lot to work even though I have half the day off. I baked Sweet Potato in the morning, which I think is better than White Potato. I brushed some olive oil butter on it and just baked it for 45 minutes. Then I cut out half a broccoli, one zucchini, peas, baby carrots, and I roast them for 30 min. Just added a little bit of olive…

Day 1: 7 Day Diet
Today, I decided to do this 7 day diet plan that someone posted on Facebook. Now, I am not a great fan of dieting, but I do have like 5 years of extra weight from giving birth to two boys, that I really need to work on to get rid of. I was excited when I found out how easy it was. Here are the very easy steps. 1) 1 Cup Cashews raw 2) Add water to cover and leave overnight in the fridge 3) Drain the water and add 4 cups…

Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Recently, I tried out this recipe that someone posted on Facebook. It turned out to be pretty good and really easy, but it’s not really a cookie or a biscuit. At least it is not crunchy like one. Nevertheless, it makes you feel like you’re eating one, so kudos to that and it can be pretty good to turn you away from eating a real sugar laden cookie. This healthy cookie is completely without flour, without sugar (save for the stuffs already in the choc). Here’s the super simple recipe. 1 Cup of Oats (Rolled or Instant is fine) 2-3 Ripe Bananas Optional Ingredients A Handful Dark Chocolate buttons/chips Cinnamon…
