Jordan’s Jaundice Week 1
During my pregnancy with Jordan, I drank so much coconut water just because people told me this will avoid jaundice in the baby. Josiah had jaundice too and it was a most terrible time for me. So on Jordan’s Day 4 when the nurse came to visit, she told us that Jordan is definitely yellow, very yellow in fact. My biggest fear. Mini Portable Refrigerator for Mums
It seems that Groupon is now reading my mind. Before the weekend, I was just browsing for mini portable refrigerators and it is suddenly on sale on Groupon. I was just thinking to myself how useful a mini portable refrigerator that can fit 4-6 cans be for new mums who need to express milk at the workplace. In the market, stay dry liners cost around RM3-4 per piece or more. For a simple piece like that it is pretty pricey. So I decided to make my own. I bought a half meter piece of microsuede cloth from Niceclothdiaper.com for RM15 and went about my cutting project tonight. I measured using an Anakku disposable liner…

My cloth diapering system
Last time, I did not cloth diaper until way into the 2-3 month, and I did not cloth diaper at nights as I didn’t know any diapers that can be thick enough for night use. Well, I am much more informed now with the various types of diapers and even cloth diapers that are suitable for newborns. I used to think newborns can’t use any cloth diapers yet due to the amount of times they poo and pee and also their tiny size. This week, I finally got the time to dig into the old stash of cloth diapers I accumulated for Josiah and also read up which ones are…
