Open house during CNY
In Malaysia, it is common for most major festivities to have open houses, from Hari Raya Puasa, to Deepavali, to Christmas, and Chinese New Year as well. All the red in the new year
Usually, my graphic design sister, Creeart will do the decorations in the house for Chinese New Year. Reunion dinners for the Chinese during Chinese New Year is probably the most important part of the whole celebration. It is a time when family members that may be living abroad and those that are near get together for a sit down dinner on Chinese New Year Eve. The dinner usually consists of the most lavish food, prawns, fish, meat, shark’s…

This is the first Saturday that I don’t have to work. Working hours have changed, so now I work only Mon-Fri. Loving it… This Saturday being the first Saturday of the month, I was up by 6am and was in church praying, Morning watch. Though I had less than 7 hours of sleep, I am wide awake right now, there’s nothing like strength from God. This is also the Saturday that’s 2 days away from my trip back to Kuching, my beloved hometown, whose glorious Kolomee I miss desperately…of coz, my family, friends, new nephew to boot.. BAD NEWS is…this is the Saturday, Switchfoot is having a concert, and opening…
