When looking for a hotel, we had to take a few things into consideration: location, price, availability of extra bed, usage of fridge, hot water and parking. Not to mention the safety of the house, because we were travelling with our children who were in their infancy. Previously, I was trained to review customer service of various companies, due to that, I am highly critical of services that are not up to par. Naturally, I do like to complain about stuffs, but when it comes to customer service and people in this line, I am all for complaining.
