Fishy
For the last 2 weeks, I just have this craving towards fish. Previously, the thought of fish makes me nauseated, but now I just love it. Everytime it’s lunch time, I can just think of fish head meehoon, steam fish head, fish and chips, fish whatever and more fish. I saw yesterday that a cafe is opening up in Metro Point, and it’s called Arowana Fish Cafe. That’s quite weird, coz Arowana fish, that’s supposed to be a pet right? But it’s a cafe, meaning it serves fish dishes? I hope it’s not serving dead pets Arowana fishes. Hhm. Quite unfortunately, the new cafe is taking over one of my…

Our new Media Player, Asus O!Player Air
So this is something that I’ve wanted for a long time coz I just have so many videos and I’m tired of burning DVDs. Then there is the odd case when ISO files are so large, they can’t get into a normal DVD-R but needs a double layer, which is pricey. So finally we got this player, a Taiwan make. Weaning a Toddler
So finally Josiah is weaned! There was a good thing that came out of my chicken pox after all, it helped in weaning my persistent toddler. I cannot believe I nursed Josiah (bedtime only) for 31 months, when initially when I started, 2 months was my target. I had prayed hard that he will self wean by 2 years old, but it went on and on and extended for 7 months. That is because I was probably not firm in my decision to stop as well, inconsistency is the enemy. Plus Josiah is the type that love the nursing times. At that age, we were actually down to just nursing…

Pregnancy+Chickenpox=hell
Ok Maybe I’m exaggerating on the hell bit, it should definitely be worse there. However, being pregnant with chicken pox is pure torture right now. Initially I thought probably it wasn’t going to be so bad, guess I was wrong. On the first day, I thought I had a terrible breakout. On the 2nd day, I looked like Freddy Krueger from Elm Street. Today, I reminded myself of the Elephant man. Looking in the mirror has become quite scary. I already had bad skin, and it normally took forever for a little pimple to heal and then for the scar to disappear. This on my face now looked like it…
