Yesterday was on of those days that you don’t know where to go…so we made an impromptu trip to have fish at Broga, again yes. On the way back, we visited this Rabbit Funland.
The Funland, is in fact a breeding farm for rabbit meat. It cost RM5 per entry and we were given a pack of rabbit food to feed the many hungry rabbits there.
Some rabbits wear eye shadow to make their eyes look bigger.
The rabbits also like to dig holes and relax in them.
I guess like cats, rabbits sleep a lot, and also cleans itself..maybe not with their tongue, but I see lots of them biting and using their paws to clean their ears.
I have personally eaten rabbit meat before, but playing with these fluffy little friends does not make me want to eat them there and then. However, this Rabbit Funland does offer take away rabbit meat or eat in at their restaurants. Thankfully, take away uncooked rabbit meat are well packed and looks like chicken meat.
This farm in Broga is quite big, they not only breed rabbits, but they also have ponies and other animals, like goats.
Mr Pony here likes people to brush his hairy mane. Ironically, you can buy a pack of carrots at RM2 to feed the ponies, but not the rabbits.
Hungry rabbits video…
Those are cute photos! Love ‘em .
Rabbits may be thought of as one of the exotic pets but are actually very easy to keep. They are very low maintenance animals making them similar to cats in the amount of care needed. They are very enjoyable to watch and play with. Rabbits are very social animals, if you decide to have a rabbit as a pet, make sure to set aside daily time to play with them. Rabbits that aren’t shown attention and loved may become depressed.
