ToGo or Not ToGoâ„¢

Living in the Klang Valley, we tend to travel lots on the road rather than just stay at home a lot. That’s because there’s so much to see and do out there! Every weekend, our kids practically take their naps in the car as we’re always travelling somewhere, be it KL or somewhere near or maybe further.

Normally John drives while I sit at the back watching Jordan and ensuring he falls asleep. Sometimes we reach our destination and he’s still asleep. I’m the type of protective mum that do not like to wake up my sleeping baby just because I need to get down go eat breakfast and shop whatever. Besides, his naps are short and I prefer to let him just wake up on his on in a few more minutes’ time. So John usually gets down with Josiah to well, see his water fountains while I stay in the car for a while. Usually, this is a most boring time and I’d have to utilise my 3G if available, most of the time no coz carparks are underground. With my nifty P1 MX230 Mifi, I don’t have to get too bored. Definitely a great ToGoâ„¢ out device.

If you’re a smartphone user, you’d also know how fast the phone battery goes flat when 3G is on. Using the MIFI modem, no such prob exists coz it’s Wifi. Save the phone battery for emergency uses. I’m quite a phobe when it comes to battery life, I am just so afraid IF my battery dies and what if I need to make a call, an emergency one!

This is just how I leave the modem in the car, just fit nicely. There are two types of Modem with the P1 ToGoâ„¢ plan and both modems can be used with the same RM69 a month package. Worth it or not? Just pay a little more for this bigger, nicer, more powerful longer lasting MX230 modem. So to answer the post title, Togo or not Togo? Go lah, everywhere can online now right?
