Truth be told, the holiday mood today is making me lazy to make a smoothie, but I force myself to do it anyways!
1) 5 stock of Sage leaves
2) A green apple
3) A whole mango
4) 1 bunch of green corals
5) 2 scoops of Nutrilite Protein mix Berry flavour
6) Added in my multivit Daily and Iron Folic
7) a cup of water
Extra note.
Sage is a kind of herbs. Not all herbs can be taken raw! Make sure you only use these mild herbs that are ok taken raw and somethings add a nice flavour to your smoothie. Also too much herbs is not safe during pregnancy. That said, this is gonna be my last use of herbs coz I just read about it online. Check this chart to know what is safe and what to avoid.
