Plug N Pray?
I was searching for prayer quotes on Google when i stumbled upon this curious looking site, Plug and Pray. At first look, this site seems to be promoting some weird software that promises speedy conversion of religions, from Christianity to Buddhism etc, at the click of a button. Whoever it is that created this site, two thumbs up to him/her for creativity and originality. Not to mention it was nicely designed too, so much effort for a spoof! Check it out, it’s pretty hilarious and outrageous!

Hot, humid, hazy etc
roof Originally uploaded by Leona. Weather back here is nearly like being in sauna all the time. I really miss the weather in Kuching….when I was there, it rains every afternoon, if not, it was always cooling, there’s always a cloud over your head shielding you from the sun. Looking at this photo I captured, I can nearly feel the weather..hehe of course, now I’m in an air-conditioned room. Sleeping time is tough here, what with my room fan that broke down this week. However, I did get an sms from AirAsia as I was halfway to the airport, so it was still ok to turn back. At the terminal, the flight was once again delayed for half and hour. It wasn’t very nice as we had a friend waiting to pick us up in KLIA, so i didn’t like the idea of my friend waiting due to the delay. Nevertheless, I was pretty immune to such AirAsia delays after so many times. I continue to…

Predicted flood didn’t happen
wisma saberkas Originally uploaded by Leona. Last year during Chinese New Year, many houses in Kuching was affected by the terrible flash floods. This year, a couple of flash floods was predicted to happen on Chinese New Year Eve and some other day. However, none of that happened, in fact the weather in Kuching had been fine and beautiful. I took this picture from the car on a very fine day with fantastic blue sky. Somehow I feel the sky is more blue in Kuching? It’s just wonderful and hardly ever too hot. I feel Saberkas kind of looks like a toy building in this pic. Anyways, Wisma Saberkas was…
