Hermie a Common Caterpillar by Max Lucado

    February 10, 2012 / 0 Comments

I guess as a mum, I love to watch out for great children’s books for my 3 year old, and this one is precious. This is my son’s 2nd Hermie book, and he now loves this little caterpillar. Hermie A Common Caterpillar tells the simple story of Hermie and his fellow caterpillar friend Wormie. God always answered them the same…

    Update at 35 weeks

    February 4, 2012 / 0 Comments

There’s only 5 weeks to go! Although I feel that it will be much less. My friend just gave birth 3 weeks in advance of her due date, even my sis in law didn’t reach her due date for her first child. I am getting so heavy that this is the time that I felt the baby needs to come out soon! At my last checkup at The v institute Sydney, and I should say that they take care of you really well. I put on way too much weight. I blame it on all the feasting during CNY time, this is just last time as Josiah was born in…

    Homemade Wholemeal Bread

    January 18, 2012 / 1 Comment

Recently I bought the Noxxa Breadmaker 3in1 oven that can make bread, cook like a conventional oven and toast bread. I did some research beforehand, and it’s one of those breadmakers for gluten intolerant people that can also make regular bread as well. And while I love my regular baking – my parents have been on a gluten-free train recently, and I’d like to make them something on occasion as well. Finally, yesterday I managed to buy the ingredients to make a healthy wholemeal bread which is actually just wholemeal flour and high protein flour, both of which cannot be found in normal supermarkets.
