Restoran Asia Senawang
During the weekend Raya Holidays, my cell zone (Czone) leaders made a trip to Elsanctuary in Alor Gajah for a planning retreat. We left Kajang around 8.20am and reached Senawang town for breakfast at around 9.30am. As it was the 2nd day of Raya, most shops were still closed. Good food can be found in Kajang too
I still get to eat authentic Sarawak Kolo Mee in Kajang, thanks for good Sarawakian friends with visiting parents. Yum… I’ve been hearing about the pretty famous Broga fish from friends and bloggers for a long time now, but never made the trip to try it. Screaming girls band
On my last trip to Genting, there was this all girls brass band doing performances around the whole, side walks and around the Arena of Stars. We stopped to watch their entertaining performance which included typical renditions of band songs, but this particular song was really unique. It includes girls in heavy brass band costumes and instruments, dancing and screaming.

Chinese festivals
The Chinese celebrates many festivals throughout the year, the biggest being the Chinese New Year, but there are others along the way like the coming Mooncake Festival. Everytime there is such a major Chinese festival, the families must gather for a big meal. Yes, we celebrate by eating lots, that’s basically it. The Chinese community in Malaysia celebrates the Mooncake Festival this Tuesday, Sept 25th. My mum called on Sat night to remind me to have a sumptuous meal on that night.
