Outdoor Sun and Rain
Outdoor worship Originally uploaded by Leona. It was real fun today when the electricity decided to go off in church morning service. The aircond in the sanctuary wasn’t working so we decided to move to the refreshment hall outdoors where the fans were still working. For me it was really refreshing as it feels like God was messing up our normal services that runs according to our time and schedules, and just moving the church our of their comfort zones, putting us into the hot and rainy outdoors. In this way, I feel really tested, do we still praise and worship God when we are not comfortable? It was really…

Fourth Day in Battambang
It was now Tuesday 19th of April. The night before, we all slept really late. As we were doing our usual devotions in one of the rooms, there was visitation from the Lord. In the first class, me, Rex, Ade and KC taught together. We had songs, games and the gospel using the color hearts. The students were probably curious what…

First Day in Poipet and Battambang
On the 16th of April we took the 11am flight from KLIA to Bangkok. Upon arriving in Bangkok two hours later, it was raining cats and dogs. We managed to get taxis and bus Aranyaprathet all within our planned time. We were rushing to get the 2.00pm bus as people there told us the border closes at 6pm, and the trip will take up to 5 hours. Therefore, we were just counting on the Burger King we had earlier at KLIA to give us physical strength till night. At the Morchit Bus station, everything was written in Thai. You can talk to the people in English but they’ll still reply…
