Thanks to PERKEB
Last Saturday, I attended this 30 years anniversary of PERKEB; PERKEB being our Christian Fellowship organisation in UKM. After leaving UKM for 4 years, it was the first time I went back to PERKEB. They organised a sort of reunion dinner at Danau Golf Club, previously known to us at KRU. Financial Seminar
Do you want to learn how to manage your money well? How to invest, how to get out of debts etc. We’re organising a Financial Seminar in KAOG this month…it’s really cheap at RM65 per person only… I remember I attended an Entrepreneur’s Seminar recently organised by City Harvest at RM100. And previously many years before I had attended some business seminars at RM300++. So I guess this seminar is really cheap and well worth it, as it comes with a book as well…. Anyways, if you are interested please check out this link and get the registration form there. Instructions on how to register are there as well.

We had our Eve dinner at the usual seafood place where my parents hangout nearly everynite. It was the usual fish, tomato kueh tiaw, crabs, midin fair. All my faves, hehe. This time round, I thought I was gonna go for that high school reunion thingy. Ended up not going as most of…

Chinese New Year feasting!

The Young Adults Carecell in our church had a feasting good time to celebrate this occasion, and what could get us more in the mood than to Loh Yee Sang! Actually, this tradition of eating Yee Sang during Chinese New Year is apparently created by Malaysian and Singaporean Chinese, and not a passed down tradition of old. It involves everyone at the table mixing up this dish made of raw fish slices, some crunchy stuff and all kinds of rojak ingredients and sauces, sometime with abalone as well,…
