Katchaturian Spectacular Ballet
Thanks to the the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra for another opportunity to encounter yet another magical experience. I was very excited for this ballet festival especially because the theme is Armenian. I had never experienced other culture’s orchestra except the Western’s. This was my very first exposure. Performance by Razmik Marukyan mesmerised me and my friend, he translated heartbreak in his movement. We were very impressed. We were most amazed by how a typical ballet…

Let the younger ones experience it for themselves. Yet I had always wondered how it would be like to bungee jump. Some of my friends have done it and said it was the best thing they ever did. However, they had to…

Crafting with Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave
During the long school holidays, we decided to do some messy pasting craft with characters from the latest Zoomoo cartoon, Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave. Jordan chose to add some colour to Tweet. We use colourful crepe paper, which we scrunch up as litle balls and stick on the paper according to the outline. Crafting is very important to kids. Though it’s messy but it’s really good quality time bonding with parents. Crafting also really improves social skills and team work besides showing kids how they can create things on their own. It’s amazing to see their happy faces when they see the final results. Josiah decides to do it a…
