iTreadmill iPhone app
I’ve decided to start off a series of iPhone app recommendations, apps that I love and find really useful here. For some of us with small homes, it’s not possible to have a real treadmill in the house for indoor exercise. Yet, we want to be able to track our active we are on a daily basis, eg, the number of steps we take in a day. It is said that we should walk at least 10k steps a day to maintain good health. Yes 4G Huddle
It’s great to know that Malaysia is kind of moving forward in the Internet Broadband biz and having a new company for competition with the latest offer from YTL, called YES 4G. Pray that your pastor will find real joy in his ministry in spite of spiritual struggles and problems (cf. John 16:24; 17;13). Joy is one of the significant hallmarks of the Christian – joy, great joy and peace, in the midst of and despite all circumstances (cf. 2 Corinthians 4:7-18, James 1:2-4,1 Peter 1: 6-9).

Dutch Lady Kids
Recently Dutch Lady came out with this new range of UHT milk branded for kids from 1-6 years old. Josiah has been drinking the Fresh Milk and sometimes and UHT 250ml packet milk when we go out, for the sake of convenience. However, those milk were not specially made for kids, so most parents might be apprehensive to use it and rather go for Formula or Growing Up Milk in powder form. Although Fresh Milk is the best alternative for me, it is sometimes really inconvenient to bring out, as it has to be kept cold in the fridge, plus it has a really short shelf life, and it’s also…
