Microsoft Wins Copyright Lawsuit Against Computer Dealer
Concern over branded computers sold with pirated software leading to cyber security risks Kuala Lumpur, 19 April 2012 – Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) has won a civil lawsuit against Vital IT Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. (“Vital IT”), a company incorporated in 2002 and whose shares are valued at RM1 million. Vital IT has been in operation for over 9 years. According to a post by Lankford Law Firm, the lawsuit, commenced on 31 May 2011, was against Vital IT for infringing on Microsoft’s copyright in Windows 7 and Office Enterprise 2007 by pre-installing unlicensed Microsoft software into new computers sold to consumers. Baby clothes and cloth diaper laundering system
So we’ve previously talked about my cloth diapering system, but what about how to wash them? Most new mums or would be mums that I talk to about cloth diapering are scared off about the laundering part of it. It just seemed overwhelming, but it really is not if you follow my system. This is how I do it, and it’s no harder than washing your clothes like normal. Full Moon for Jordan
Jordan Lu’s full moon came in a jiffy, how fast time flies eh. Last Sunday, which happened to be Easter, we had a ‘makan-makan’ time for some friends to celebrate his turning a month old. Our little house was filled to the brim! Compared to giving out full moon sets, we always prefer opening our house to people, there’s no better time to intro our little boy to the world and bring on the noise, joy, prayers and fellowship of the saints. Jordan’s Prolonged Jaundice
Prolonged jaundice simply means the baby is still jaundiced after 2 weeks, which is cause or concern because normal neonatal jaundice should disappear after 2 weeks. Jordan still looked yellow then so we took him for a blood test at the emergency ward of Hospital Kajang on his 16th day. After the blood test, his bilirubin level was at 11.4 which is still above 10. So I was put on the wheel chair for the 2nd time and pushed all the way to SCN, where we were warded for phototherapy earlier.
