Tp-Link’s Latest Neffos C5 Max Launched

TP-Link launched the company’s third phone in a matter of months, and this time we should really watch them for real. The Neffos C5 Max sporting a 5.5-inch FHD IPS display and 13MP camera and 5MP wide-angle front-facing camera yet still marketed at an entry level price is worthy to be explored. We know that TP-Link already has the Neffos C5 (RM359) and C5L (RM539) launched this March and has been gaining momentum with consumers looking for a budget yet quality smartphone. I personally had been using TP-Link’s modems and Mifi devices for years and they are all built to last.

From a consumer perspective, the only thing I want to have great performance in my phone besides the Ram and Rom is the camera and the battery. I have seen some pics taken with the C5 Max front and back cam and I was really impressed with the clarity of it so far. Well, that’s coz I am only having 1.2MP for selfie on my current phone which is like useless at times.

The phone also comes with built in beauty mode! Hurray to the girls. We don’t need a third party app just for editing all the flaws out anymore.

The phone has some nifty security features like hidden apps and hidden folders, I’m not sure how useful this would be, as anyone who knows about this would know there will be a way to find the hidden folder and apps right?

The Neffos C5 Max is powered by an octa-core 64-bit processor and 2GB of RAM, but what sets it above others in this price range is the 3045mAh battery. This means I don’t have to bring my power bank around and miss calls when I forgot to charge my power bank. It’s pretty light as it has a plastic body and surprisingly for this size, it’s still easy to hold and operate with one hand.

At 8.95mm, it’s not trying to be the thinnest phone in the market.

Available in two colours, dark grey and pearl white, the Neffos C5 Max priced at RM699 will be exclusively available only on 11street in a 3-month long campaign starting from 28 June.

Good news for the first 50 customers who grab this phone from now till 10 July, you will get a FREE TP-Link Groovi Ripple Portable bluetooth speaker. I’ve started using this speaker, and it’s got a good bass sound and really easy to connect to any phone. I can bring the speaker around while listening to my iTunes playlist without having to bring my phone along, as long a it’s within 60 feet from each other. The Groovi retails for RM159. Do you want a full review of the Neffos C5 Max? Stay tuned. Follow me also on my Facebook page.
