Photobook Malaysia is having a Christmas Sale on their products. This is just nice for me as I had been postponing printing my wedding album for the longest time. Right after my pictures came out, the A3 photobook costed RM290, so it was a bit steep. So I waited and waited, there was the Merdeka sale, but I was too lazy to compile my pics. Finally, I took this opportunity to print with the current sales, as I have to bring the album back for my folks and in laws to view the album this coming Chinese New Year on Feb 7th.
So what’s on sale? This is what I ordered…
Large Landscape Hardcover Photobook (40×30cm) – Xmas Special
Regular Price: $290.00 (MYR)
On Sale For: $230.00 (MYR)
There’s some other great packages, some with freebies, buy one get one offers..so check them out.
Another good news is, the new photobook can lay flat on the table. This way, you can drag on pic across 2 pages and it still looks great, like a large landscape pic.
The website is also revamped, with the old new Photobook Store, the place where you actually place your orders online. Do check out the Christmas and Limited Specials, where you can save a whole of money. I ordered the A3 album, and save RM50. You can also make your payment with Paypal. One thing I learned is, after you make your payment, you have to wait for them to email you the Voucher with promo code on it, only then should you use the software to upload the pictures you’ve arranged, and key in the promo code. You will still need to pay extra for the shipping charges.
I made a mistake of paying for the Christmas deal through paypal, and immediately uploading my album through Templatexpert. After that only did I receive the voucher in my email. It was kind of my fault as I had done this in the weekend, and Photobook was closed on weekends. I had to email the Support a few times to ask them whether they received my album, and how do I tie it to my payment. In the end, I had to reupload again and key in the promo code. My first upload was to be ignored. But now it’s all done, so I have to just sit back and relax and wait for the arrival of my A3 landscape book. I can’t wait to see it!
