Kernel Panic Attack!
Of so many years of using my Ibook, I had never really used it for very important stuffs. I only use it for some typing, some movies, surfing and all, so no very important data in it. Until recently, as I was doing the layout for my church’s Harvest mag, I decided to use Pages to do it and skip the messy Illustrator. It was the last night as I rush the work, suppose to send it for printing the next day, when I thought I needed a ram upgrade. So without much thinking, I just removed the keyboard and took out the ram, without following Apple’s intructions. Means I…

Panasonic I-Inverter Refrigerators
In a couple of hours, I might be carrying a huge debt on my credit card to pay off this baby. Panasonic just launched their brand new inverter compressor refrigerators recently, aptly named I-Inverter. I had been faithfully using Panasonic products only whenever I can, simply for the quality that I can’t complain about, despite many haters saying all the parts are Made in China. Joost alternative for Asian movie fans
I had been sending out lots of Joost invites, but have no idea if anyone is actually getting it. Ya know, it’s beta after all. When watching movies with Joost, I usually need to click play, and then pause, and let it download the whole thing before I can actually enjoy watching it. The same cannot be said for Crunchyroll.com This website has a huge collection of Asian drama, anime and more, and it’s totally free. The movie real fast and you can view it full screen, within the browser that is. It is not extremely clear like Joost, but it is good enough for me, coz there is no…

Joost Friends Edition unlimited invites
I have downloaded and installed Joost for the 3rd time. Just a few days ago, they released the new edition, called the Friends Edition, whereby we can now send out unlimited invites to anyone who wants to try this out. Some great improvements to the new version too…More shows and not as buggy. My previous version was getting so buggy whereby the widgets wouldn’t show or was hidden partly outside the screen. There’s this new channel, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit on Demand, I think some guys would really want to catch this. hhm… Most exciting stuff would be Sony Pictures joining in the program…imagine full length films on demand..free. Cool…makes me…
