Black Metal as an excuse
I wonder who tipped the police off regarding Paul’s Place having a black metal gig on New Year’s Eve…I’ve never been there, but I’ve always known Paul’s Place to be a pretty clean, healthy hangout for supporters of indie music, a stepping stone for indie musicians to get heard, a place for songwriters’ rounds and more. Those featured in the article must have flipped, coz I don’t think some of them knew we were taking these pics for the papers that day. Anyways, here’s what’s written in the article from the online paper. True meaning of Xmas presented in musical drama By GEETHA KRISHNAN THE true meaning of Christmas will be emphasised in a musical drama to be staged next weekend in Kajang.
