Day 3: 7 Day Diet
Day 3 :Fruits and vegetables – as much as you want. No bananas and no potatoes I still have lots of fruits and vege from Day 1 and 2 so these goes into my diet today. I also bought those prepacked Salad from Aeon with dressing, so it’s easy. These came with cherry tomatoes in them. I did not skip the dressing though, that’s the cheat here. Still, the Japanese dressing is very little and the salad is quite bitter. These are really filling, I couldn’t finish them really. For breakfast, I also finished up one papaya and an apple. Day 2: 7 Day Diet
Day 2: Vegetables. Either stir-fry or salads. Start the day with one baked or boiled potato to make up for loss of energy from Day One. Upto one teaspoon of olive oil can be used as salad dressing today. Today, I packed a lot to work even though I have half the day off. I baked Sweet Potato in the morning, which I think is better than White Potato. I brushed some olive oil butter on it and just baked it for 45 minutes. Today, I decided to do this 7 day diet plan that someone posted on Facebook. Now, I am not a great fan of dieting, but I do have like 5 years of extra weight from giving birth to two boys, that I really need to work on to get rid of. Before my wedding day, I did do something similar like this but I did it long term and I managed to shed 10kg without exercise.
